Wine ideal for making the evening more pleasant. The aroma is intense, complex, slightly toasted, with a hint of overripe pear. The taste is creamy, poured wine, slightly warm, pleasantly spicy with a hint of cream, butter toast and roasted hazelnuts. The wine matured for 5 months on sludge and where it was regularly mixed without the addition of sulphur.
Pinot Blanc is best served with fish, smoked or blue cheeses.
